Kevzara and wbc

I know kevzara lowers your wbc, but how low is to low.
Mine just came back at 3.8. But I'm also 70 years old.
I'm normally around 8.0

My highest prednisone amt was 75 mg. Over many months I weaned myself to 10 mg. Lower resulted in relapse. Methotrexate was added with littl difference then leflunomide. The result was a continuous brain fog. I learned what many seniors ended up like.... lala land! Kevzara was added and both methotrexate and leflunomide stopped. I could remember again and the fog left! Yeah! I tapered from 10 mg of prednosine at 0.25 mg drop every 6 days. 2 days after the drop I could tell if it was ok by no increase in aches/pains/discomfort. On this schedule I was successful in getting off prednisone. I became an expert prednisone 1 mg pill splitter! The kevzara really helped. My CRP result was and still is low indicating little inflammation caused by my immune system's IL6. ( kevzara ties up IL6 and therby reduces its overproduction). My wbc count continued low as did my neutrophil count, also indicative of low inflammation. I have now been on kevzara for 3 years with minimal issues. My aches/pains and discomfort I woud consider to be liveable. Stretching every morning and walk walk walk also helps. I am now on 19 days between kevzara injections from the initial 14 day cycle. My kevzara side effects have been limitied to periods of constipation mid cycle (solved with use of restoralax when needed), muscle stiffness ( stretching and exercising like walking has helped along with massage therapy. Also I have found damp, cool weather increases my aches.) My goal is to increase the time between injections further over time. I am happy I am off prednsone.

@mikeydee this answers a lot of questions, mainly is there still achescandvpains after prednison and fully on kevzara ... I have the same type as you, which seems to increase with weather. Plus the mid cycle constipation... appreciate the response !!!!
