Anyone changed from Kevzara every 3 weeks to 2? Why?

Has anyone needed to retreat back to injections every 2 wks after taking your shots spaced every 3 wks? If so what symptoms dictated the return to bi-monthly injections? I’m spacing injections every 18 days in “preparation “ for the switch to every 3 wks.

Hi,
My rheumatologist has been listening to me at every visit. July 2025, I started Kevzara every two weeks. I tapered prednisone from 15 to 0 mg on March 1st. But even with Kevzara, I felt terrible, with pain and fatigue worsening. She increased Kevzara to every week and it's been a big relief. I almost feel normal.
