Joyous Ketamine At-Home Microdose

I’ve never tried microdosing, but I’m curious about it, so I hope others have some input. I’ve done iv ketamine infusions. Significant improvement with my depression and anxiety. Just have to keep up on my boosters (once a month) or I can feel the yuckiness seep back in :(. Good luck to you.

Yes, I tried them. They didn’t seem to do anything so I went and got IV Ketamine and my doctor told me that the troches are a huge waste of time and money because the dosages are way too small to be therapeutic. Once I tried the IV Ketamine, I understood what she was talking about. We’re talking about a world of difference, like not even in the same category. However IV Ketamine is not covered by insurance, it’s all out of pocket and for me was $375 per treatment and I had 6 to 8 treatments. I also tried nasal ketamine or Spravato which can be covered by their patient assistance program but I didn’t find it nearly as effective and in fact it is a nasty way to get it into your system which makes it more uncomfortable than helpful.
