Joint pain: my lower back and legs is incredibly painful.

Posted by euthanesia @euthanesia, Mar 25 7:16am

The bones in front of my legs are so painful and my lower back aches. I am 83; sole caretaker for Alzheimer’s spouse who is getting worse. Finances are limited. Is there diy help for me? I am crippled in the morning. My leg pains seem to radiate from the back but the bones in the front of the leg seem to be the source of the pain vs muscle. After walking I am able to stand but the pain is debilitating and excruciating. Can You help me, please?I have many household chores plus almost constantly caring for my spouse. Blessings to all of you.

I have severe spinal stenosis L4/L5, and was having severe sciatica shooting pains. I came across the Gokhale Primal Posture Method, read book, did a training, and began reconditioning my posture and movement. I’ve been pain free for almost four years now.

From Gokhale Method or search online for Eight Steps to a Pain Free Back by Esther Gokhale.
