Check your pills one by one. Some medicines cause this and hopefully that’s all it is.

Not familiar with the meds you have tried. There are internal problems that can cause itch. If you don’t improve consider seeing your doctor for exam and lab tests.

Sometimes what can be perceived as itching is actually a neurological response. Over the years, I have had itching in various parts of my body with no rash or visible signs of impairment other than marks from aggressively scratching. It started with my face, then the soles of my feet, and now my back. My most recent antidote is applying capsaicin to the area, which stops the itch within minutes. My understanding is that it dulls the area, as there is no known cure. I hope this helps.

One of the major causes of full body itching is taking very hot showers and washing one’s entire body with soap, especially worse in the winter. Washing the skin with soap removes natural body oils. Unless someone works in a dirty environment, the only areas that benefit from soap are under arms, genitalia and anus. Otherwise warm water is all that is necessary.
For years I suffered from itching until my dermatologist gave me the above advice.
