Hi….. I am a nurse and suggest that any new observation or change like this is worth a discussion w your PCP! Can you communicate w your PCP through a patient portal? If so, would suggest you upload this photo to them. They will know your general health which gives them context.

doctor. It may be a skin sign of an
internal condition. There can be
multiple causes affecting your
small vessel circulation that can
result from temperature change.
If your primary MD is is puzzled consult a dermatologist.
