Is this ALS?

Hi everyone. Please feel free to be honest with me because I am driving myself crazy trying to figure out what is going on with my body. A few months ago I started having what feel like internal vibrations in my legs and then a month ago I started having twitching and spasms in my feet especially the arches and my thighs and upper back. I also have been having fatigued forearms and cramps in my hands and feet. I can’t sleep at night because my hands and feet cramp so bad and my body twitches in random places. I had an emg done last year that did show denerveration but I havent had a new one. I have an appointment with neurology next week but any insight would be greatly appreciated because I’m stressing myself out. Thank you.

Hi there!

I have been experiencing for the past 8 weeks tingling, numbness in pinky and ring finger, inner forearm, progressive weakness in hand (yet no objects dropping or any similar issue.) I even had some improvements by being able to reuse keys, button a shirt, etc... after taking naproxen.

It also started with pain in shoulder.

I had an MRI showing osteophytic disc bar causing mild spinal canal stenosis with moderate left foraminal stenosis in C7-T1.

My physio seems concerned because my symptoms seem to match medial nerve but also ulnar nerve, but if I understand correctly C8 distributes to these nerves? He also said my trapezius area, forearm and wrist feel very tight.

I also see fasciculations in the thenar area in the affected hand, but also the other arm and leg.

Any light on this? Do you think this can be als early on set?
