Is it possible to stay off bone drugs altogether
Wondering if it is possible to stay off bone drugs altogether by taking bone supplements, working out with weights, walking and a bone healthy diet?

I know it is not right for everyone, and the drugs do seem to work for a lot of people but I have chosen the natural plan because I tend to have negative reactions to drugs and these are very powerful. I use a bone supplement powder, walk briskly a minimum of 30 minutes a day, and have a 10 minute weights routine. My last DEXA scan showed improvement.
@sandrahunter - Congrats on the improvement and encouraging! Can you please share the bone supplement powder you are taking? Thanks!
There are many, but I use Native Path. I put a scoop of the bone supplement first thing in the morning in my coffee and a scoop of the regular powder supplement later in the day.
I've had four crushed vertebrae from 1963, tried every pill, three spinal surgeries, back braces, physical therapies. I learned the pain will never go away and to just live with it. Even though every move is painful, I know what to expect. After releasing the side effects of the codeine family drugs and steroids POST DEFACTO, I stopped taking any medication until I know I will not become addicted or lose an organ for a little less pain
What bone supplement are you taking?
I know they won’t work for everyone but these are the two that I use.
I take this collagen powder because there is evidence that the Fortibone ingredient is effective. My friend who taught medical research to medical students recommended it.
Thanks, I take Sparkle Wellness with Fortibone for the same reason.
What is the "regular powder"?
This are the two that I use
