Is it erectile dysfunction (ED)?

So, things start off fine. Foreplay exciting. But, shortly after beginning intercourse erection is gone. ED or some sort of psychological issue?

For those of you experiencing problems with ED please be certain to include your heart and eyes for your concerns. If the small vessels in your penis are blocked most likely other vessels that are similarly small could also be blocked or on their way. You may be able to ward off other disease processes by getting these areas checked out. Consult with your PCP for options.

How does one find out if blood vessels are blocked in pemis areas ???

There are many tests that can be done .. is it a matter of becoming erect or do you become erect then not able to hold an erection? If so that is called venous leakage meaning the blood goes in to make an erection but leaks back out. There is little or nothing that can be done to the blood vessels most times it does not help. I went through all the tests ..tried the penile shots which did not work and last June ended up doing an implant.

What exactly does an implant involve ??

I rode a bicycle for 15 yrs along our Lake Michigan in my 40s with a seat too hard , uncomfortably
..didn't think of blood vessels being damagd...might this have caused this problem?

I have heard of bike riding causing an issue.... I have a Rigicon implant which is a mallabble implant not an IPP which is the one that involves having a reservoir with fluid and a pump installed into your testicles. Mine is just 2 rods that are hard all the time, it can bend 135 degrees downwards and you can bend it up when you want to use it. I'm 70 have the old man belly and a lower fat pad so no issues hiding it .. unless you are real thin and really well endowed you would be able to hide it well. Go to a site called Franktalk and join all the info you can ever want is on there about implants pros and cons and most of the guys on there have had implants done.

After Holep procedure I have noticed I do not experience ejaculation. I have the feeling of orgasm, but I miss the release of seminal fluid. Is there anyway to restore the release of seminal fluid during orgasm, it is not as enjoyable when I do not ejaculate.
