Ironic Isn’t It?

Activities potentially most effective in managing our various lung conditions are also those that require the greatest commitment in the execution. A late afternoon neighborhood walk is a daily routine with a charm of its own, and almost surely has a positive-health valence, but nonetheless I find it eminently deferrable.

Does “helps breathe well” sound familiar? I found it on the shelf at a neighborhood grocery store.

Breathe Easy by Traditional Medicinals. There are others, but this is the easiest for me to find pretty much everywhere. I just finished sipping my second mug of the day.
