Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

Posted by redladyjoni @redladyjoni, Nov 26, 2018

I started having the only way I can explain it is internal vibrations. I've had them for 3 months now, I went to t hihe ER and they told me it was anxiety. A doctor diagnosed me at a clinic as having Lyme disease I've started a 21-day prescription of Doxycycline I'm on day 7. I went to a psychiatrist a week ago to get something because of my nerves are just over the brink. He prescribed me Gabapentin and Valium I've only been on them a few days.
Has anyone experienced these internal vibrations?I have them almost 24/7 chest neck stomach from the hips down. I have more lab tests that should be in today, but the doctor's office said that they would not call unless there was some abnormality in the lab work.

Hello, I get them as well every single night! I have Parkinson’s but also had them years before diagnosed. I take a whole lot of medicine. None of which seem to stop them. I do know that people with MS get them too. My friend has it. I’m not a Doctor of course so this is not medical advice. Just experience..
Wishing wou well, Pamela.

I too have internal vibrations - started 6 months ago - during the day when sitting/relaxing feel vibes go through feet up to my backside - day time no bother can tolerate - Bedtime has been a nightmare - from head to toe - I have used pillow to raise my head, pillow under my legs which lessens the vibes - seen doctor last week - he said this is a mystery and no one knows the hows and whys etc - he has given me Endep to take at night - helps with the nerve ending - time will tell also a Health practioner suggested I take Alpha Lipoic acid 600mg twice daily after food - I am yet to purchase this. Not much of a help but maybe you could find out more about these meds - I do feel so for you its not good

I have ditto now for near 20 months. It is 24/7 all over the body, it is intensified the last two weeks. I'm doing a separate standalone share on this thank you

Besides this Mayo clinic feed, is there anywhere else online with info on this? Other medical sites, Facebook groups? I've had this internal vibe and tingling 24/7 for 20 months all over the body. I have accepted it. I see nothing on YouTube videos, and my doctors and neurologists have said ... No diagnosis for it.

I've had this body tingling all over me, 24/7 for about 22 months now. Got intense the last two weeks so I'm digging deeper. Here is my take and personal diagnosis so far - my positive spin is that there's an internal energy I'm becoming aware of, and it's part of a spiritual awakening, also a kind of emotional development. I first noticed this phenomena in early 2023, after a traumatic incident, I believe that situation triggered repressed trauma from long ago, and that was getting released through the body, the nerves, or something like that. The only thing I found on YouTube videos for these vibes,.... We're as symptoms following a spiritual awakening. That was consistent in several videos, among other symptoms of an awakening. I have looked at trauma recovery materials, rarely do they bring this symptom of tingling or vibes, up.

Importantly, when I'm in a heightened state after strong yoga or meditation or spiritual or musical experience, the vibration actually glows even bigger, it's almost like I feel a glow of the body, it will be moving up and down my abdomen. So there is a connection I believe to a kind of emotional inspiration. There is basically no negative accompanying physical pain, or headaches, or soreness etc that sort of thing. The tingling is just the tingling, nothing else it only increases or decreases in intensity.

The downside for sure, is it it keeps me more awake at night and I'm nervous lying there asking, why won't this go away? At the same time, in the past year I'm actually going to sleep anyways in spite of the tingling, I just accepted and I naturally go to sleep it's really pretty incredible. It possibly is waking me up in the middle of night... does it increase insomnia etc. Actually no it has not increased insomnia as I go back to sleep after an hour.

Unless pressure was on another part of my body, I did not feel them during the day. I only felt this at night, until I knew it was me and not Cubby. Then if he was laying next to me in the chair I could feel it in my thigh where he was laying next to me. After I realized it was me, and really paid attention, I could feel it in my upper torso front and back when laying in bed. If I turned on my side, I could feel it in my side.
Did you check to see if there are sugar alcohols in any of the food you are eating or drinking? I get a horrible spastic colon, and stomach, that ends in diarrhea or spasms in my stomach so bad that they showed up during the endoscopy, and the GI said she had never seen anything like it, because my stomach was twisting it was in spasms so bad. I always try to back track to when did this start and what did I do different, and the sugar alcohols they are adding to so much of our food is definitely what caused that. I stopped everything first and it took about 2-1/2 weeks before the spasms in my stomach stopped, and I went through my house and got rid of everything in my refrigerator, pantry, cupboards and canning room that had sugar alcohols in it. The spasms never returned, and the diarrhea stopped. Now that I know the sugar alcohol isn't always listed on the label, I have to take a magnifying glass with me to the store any time I plan on buying anything, because I can't see the "other ingredients" listed otherwise.
As far as the Liverwell, you are welcome. I am starting to feel like me again. When you first start taking it, if it does to you what it did to myself and my niece, have some extra work you need to get done planned. The first 3 weeks I took it I got a a boost like I drank 3 pots of fully loaded coffee. If you read up on NAC you will see this stuff is very useful. That would be why big pharma stopped using it as a prescription and allowed it to be put in supplements in 2022. There wasn't enough side effects to continue it as a prescription!!!! I had taken it once before when my liver became inflamed and swollen. That was also when I was using products with sugar alcohols in it. They sent me to a cancer doctor, who put me through lots of testing and had me come back quarterly for one year before discharging me from his care. When I stopped those sugar alcohols and started taking the Liverwell, the pain in my right side was gone within the first month. I thought I was rid of sugar alcohols, except for the occasional piece of chewing gum, which is rare. It was because my right side started aching again, in the same exact spot it did the last time when I went to my PA and the ultrasound showed inflammation and a thickening in my liver that I ordered more Liverwell. I was stunned the first day I took it when I noticed no vibrations at all during the day. So slight the next morning when laying in bed that I had to concentrate on it to feel it, and within 3 days gone, 100% for 3 weeks. When the extra energy the Liverwell was causing stopped, my internal vibrations started back up very lightly. Nothing like before, and not every day or every night. I noticed when I didn't drink enough fluids I would wake up and be able to feel tremors. With the Zeaxanthin gone, the Sorbitol, went with it, and within 3 days, so did the vibrations. I could still feel them ever so slightly for about a week. After 10 days without that crap in my body, they are no more.
By the way, I only take one Liverwell a day. I can't imagine taking a 2nd one. That stuff lit a fire under me for 3 weeks. I could have built a road to the moon, if I took two. One is great and if you look NAC up you will find it was used as a prescription for sinus infections, bladder infections, Parkinson's and a host of other things. The energy boost only lasted for 3 weeks, but that was taking one. With two I would have never went to bed!!! I need my sleep. Just forewarning you that you may need some extra work you want done planned out before you swallow your first pill. I just started my 2nd bottle, and as I said, I am starting to feel like me again to where I have my "drive" coming back for getting things done, instead of just "wanting" to get things done. Before I just wanted someone else to do all that needed to be done.

So far I’m not seeing any reduction in my vibration with liver well supplement. I do however started having dreams nightly. This is new for me. Do something is working. I do not have any problems with sleep but I did move my dose to a.m.

Are you taking Liverwell, with the first ingredient being Silliphos, 80 mg. and the 2nd ingredient is 800 mg. of N-Acetyl Cysteine? I'm only asking because if I would have taken that at night I would have been up all night for the first three weeks I took it. It made me really hyper.
It stopped mine totally for about 2 months, then when they came back they came back much lighter, to where, like I told you before, unless I was laying on my side and there was some vibrating going on I could only feel it while laying on my side. If I was up and moving around I couldn't feel it at all. They have remained that way now for months. I no longer have a vibrating bed to wake up to and am hopeful it remains that way.
The bottle holds 60 capsules and suggests taking 2 a day. I have never taken the 2nd one, and as I said, I take mine when I get up in the morning. Good Luck, I hope you get relief.

Yes that’s what I’m taking. Sometimes my heart vibrates too. My husband says I feel like I’m purring, but it’s not a-fib which was ruled out. I am feeling it now sitting up but not the strongest sensation today thankfully.

Mine came out of nowhere too. I just started waking up several times a night to a vibrating bed, and thinking my little dog was shivering. I kept covering him up and he kept crawling out from under the blanket. After a month I took him to the vet and they kept him overnight to have someone watch him, and I woke up to a vibrating bed without him in it. It cost me a small fortune to find out it was me and not him. I'd never heard of such a thing, but I looked up internal vibrations and that brought me to this site to find that there's a lot of us. With there being so many of us from all age groups, I'd love to know why in 75 years I never heard of such a thing, and now it seems to be everywhere. I'm trying to figure out what I did different yesterday because I haven't had strong internal vibrations for months, since starting the Liverwell. I know I didn't drink enough fluids yesterday, but I woke up this morning with the vibrations in my throat and chest. I have read many saying they think this is a result of covid, but I did not get covid and I didn't get the shots either. I have eliminated all sugar alcohols but I did have tea yesterday that had caffeine in it, and I read that caffeine makes it worse. I'm not giving up dark chocolate, and normally that is the only daily caffeine I have. I won't have any other caffeine today and see if that was what caused the unwanted returned visitor this morning. I may try taking the 2nd Liverwell in the afternoon, now that the "hyper" side effect has stopped. How I wish I had that side effect again!!! I'll see if I wake up with vibrations in the morning tomorrow to see if I will take the 2nd Liverwell. It really feels weird to have the internal core vibrating like that. I'm trying to get back into the habit of daily Yoga, as I love Yoga, but haven't been doing it regularly since covid nixed our classes. I have PBS recordings to follow along to on a big-screen TV, but just can't get back into the habit. I hope you have good luck sorting through and finding out what you do differently if having some days with more vibrations then others. I certainly do not want this unwelcome visitor back.
