works great. Using 5units of trimix. Solid erection lasts about 2.5 hours.

For me, it's not painful at all. In fact most of the time I don't feel it. But if I do, it's very insignificant. It's just the idea. When a man told me about the injections I immediately said "there's no way that's going to happen." Some guys may have needle phobia and if you believe it's going to be painful it may well be.

@capnhal well I dont find it particularly helpful. Its not like you feel like multiple orgasms. I dont really see the sense. I started using it to see if its possible since Cialis was not working. Unless your a porn star the length of time is not for normal evenings with your wife. The erection lasts with or without the orgasm. I would say its not quite as full as a normal one and the head does not fill quite as full. I administer the injection at alternating 10 and 2. Just a slight poke and its done. Its not ideal for travel, spontaneity, but it works.

It is a great assistant to me! Also viagra quit working for me after prostate radiation. I use 0.48 ml per injection. Erection in 10 minutes, lasts about 2 to 3 hours. I use a cockring to preserve the rigidity. Behind the scrotum and over the top of the penis resting against the pubic abdominal surface. Erections are larger and complete that way. Good luck and enjoy it. 10 and 2 alternating spots along the upper shaft.

@capnhal isn’t 2.5 hrs long time but you don’t mean it stay hard 2.5 hours? I have tried a lot of methods, not the shots but maybe I try it. My primary doc said I should try it, but it the whole idea of a shot.
