Ineffective use of sildenafil

Howdy folks, I was wondering what's happening with me. I use sildenafil for about 9 years, more so in the lase 5. Sometimes it just not working and I'm becoming concerned. I do not have any heart problems or diabetes. I do use Metoprolol for about the same time. Any thoughts about what I could do to get it back up? thank you.
