My sister in law started immunotherapy for stage 4 lung cancer. She is responding very well.

It had spread to her lymph nodes and bones and now it's not detectable in her lymph nodes and barely detectable in her bones. The tumor in her lung has shrunk and all the fluid is gone. December 22 will be a year she is on immunotherapy drugs.
Aren’t we fortunate to be living in a time that can give us these miraculous drugs! God bless the researchers, medical teams and, especially, the patients! You have given me such hope – and comfort.

She has the BRAF mutation.
She has the Braf mutation. She is on trametinib and dabrafenib.
