Immature growth plates
I'm a 24 yr. old male. I was approached by someone who claimed they have a height increase solution and they wanted me to try it. I am currently 5'4. Is it possible to increase height after 24 years of age?
They did some x-rays of my legs and said my growth plates haven't matured yet. Can this be true or are they misleading me?

My rule of thumb is never go by what someone approaching me suggests but rather I approach someone (in this case, a doctor I researched, myself).
If you are happy with your height, ignore that person. I have heard it is a risky procedure, if even successful. Do your own research and go with your gut.
Hello @rashida . I am not keen on going through any surgical procedures. TBH, I'm a bit hesitant approaching a professional. That's why I am seeking opinions on this forum.
