I’m taking gabapentin for fibromyalgia but pains in my muscles worst

Taking gabapentin for neuropathy/fibromyalgia for two weeks now and my muscles in my legs are very painful, has anyone had these side effects and do they go away or should I think of discontinuing it

I would call your doctor to report these symptoms, since gabapentin is supposed to (and does) resolve neuropathic pain, restless leg syndrome, etc. Maybe there is an interaction with another drug you are taking, or maybe you just need to switch to another drug. Sorry to hear you are experiencing this.
