I have had an knee replacement on my right knee and on my left the doc just fixed the meniccus now I'm so week in my legs I can't hardly walk what could be wrong

I also had knee replacement twice on same knee( L), I ended up with abundant 
scar tissue, stiffness and pain. 
Sure wish I could find a Dr that can explain what can be done to relieve 
these conditions. 
Walking for a long distance is out of the question, exercising just a bit. 
You might have scar tissue also.
