I have a CTD which is dermatomyositis but few myositis symptoms

I cannot handle Plaquenil as it causes diarrhea. What is my best option for the possible disease progression like SLE pain and arthritis (now called osteo ) and skin disease?

(Con’t)Also to keep in check the TIF 1 gamma antibodies. No evidence of malignancies found.
