I had frequent PVCs that really bothered me, now I do not have them
I had frequent PVCs that really bothered me (many ER visits, Dr. visits, heart monitors. People telling me it was because of anxiety.
I have been PVC free for 3 months except for occasional (one every week). I did have some noticeable PVC after a long stressful day after only 2.5 hours of sleep. But resolved with the next dose. The taurine dose I’m taking is 2 grams divided TID (1/4 tsp TID) and L-citrulline is 3 grams divided BID (1/2 tsp BID). Can purchase at Bulk Supplements. I’m off of the beta-blocker that I had been on for 15 years. I feel a lot better not being on that too. Had to wean off.
I can't post link but it is on pubmed

I was experiencing frequent PVC's which I think was due to stress. They went away without doing anything!
Thanks for the reminder! My case was much like yours, and I tried taurine and arginine/citrulline for a while and got partial relief, but I was using lower doses. Also eating arugula for its NO benefit, also watermelon (though you'd need to eat a huge watermelon to have much effect!), also beets. I never tried larger supplement doses (and certainly no doctors ever suggested any of this). Also added magnesium. But I didn't get full relief until adding a multivitamin and baby carrots (!) for the vitamin A and beta carotene, also iodine. I'd reviewed my diet and thought I might be low in vitamin A so decided to fix it and see!
As with you my relief is not 100%, only 98% or so, but that's a LOT of relief!
Anyway, you reminded me I have a last bottle of taurine I never opened, just 500mg but might as well try them again, too.
