I don't know if I'm pregnant, depressed or really sick

I started seeing yeast like discharge months ago. I didn't pay much attention to it since it didn't come with symptoms other than itching and little rash depending on the weather. It has been coming every month when I'm not on my period or close to my period. I recently had unprotected sex with my man, did a urine test to check if I was pregnant but I had reactive syphilis and reactive h.pylori. I have been a little confused considering I don't have symptoms of syphilis. The only recent feeling I have is nausea and I'm unable to eat despite being hungry. And I've been sleeping like almost every hour. I'm handling the h.pylori with omeprazole and amoxicillin as prescribed. But I don't know why recently I have trouble waking. It's more like how a depressed person finds it difficult to wake and when they do their heart is racing.
