I do light weight training. Post exercise my breathing is tighter.

2 years ago now I collapsed with a lung issue still not diagnosed. It happened twice and I was hospitalized twice, on 100 % oxygen, just to keep my sats above 88%. Ended up being intubated on life support and rushed to a different hospital where a specialist was. My lungs were washed and tests showed nothing. All the ct scans showed were inflamed lungs and fluid. Covid, pneumonia, rsv were ruled out as my white blood cell count was normal. They thought Interstitial lung disease? ARDS? Finally settled on aspiration pneumonia.
Fast forward to now. I still get pulmonary function tests every 6 months but stopped the ct scans after watching my lung scarring and determining they were stable (not growing) so ruled out idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. After a long 8 months of much bed rest (didnt have air to go far) I healed enough to go back to work! And I walk a lot. I started light weight training a month ago. I've noticed that AFTER the weight session my breathing is tighter and doesnt come as easy. It feels the same as tight breathing if your having an anxiety attack. I do suffer from severe anxiety as well. I looked on Google (my GP is hard to get to see) for now and theres a thing called post exercise asthma? Ok but I've never had asthma in my life and my pulmonary function tests have all been normal. Anyone else have or heard of this? Thank you!

Yes,
Please ask md for albuterol and aerochamber ( it will much easy) to get medicine in.
Its good to get a trial on use of albuterol to rule in/rule out exercise induced asthma.
Good luck !
