Post HoLEP timeline - I have now become Niagra Falls

My HoLEP surgery was intended to reduce the size of my prostate, which was suffocating my bladder. Peeing was out of control. After a pee, my measured remaining urine level was over 600 ml.
Without more than 1- or 2- seconds warning Vesuvius erupted, and I got soaked.
11 days out and I still have no control. I have decided to switch careers. Tomorrow, I will join the fire department.
Do you boys think by this point, I should see some relief from Noah's second flood?
