The medication for Hyperthyroidism I’m not sure about. I have the opposite problem, Hypothyroidism and I take 75 mcg of Synthroid to control that and I’ve had no side effects from the medication. I also suffer from Hashimoto’s and have changed my diet and exclude gluten, dairy, soy and seed oils. They are inflammatory and cause body inflammation. As far as treatment, for me it’s just take the medication and every 3 months have my Thyroid blood panel run to check if an increase or decrease in medication is needed. No need for worrying.
