Hyperplasia Post Menopause (on Provera and Rivaroxaban

Hello, I’m a 64 year old post menopausal woman recently diagnosed with hyperplasia. On Medroxyprogesterone for 20 days now and also taking Rivaroxaban for DVT/pulmonary embolism which was diagnosed in March of this year. Uterine bleeding has become very heavy over last 14 days. Prior to starting progesterone, bleeding was mild (changed light tampon every 8 hours) no pads required. Currently using double protection - super plus tampon changed every 1.5 hours plus adding heavy pad for extra protection. If only using pads, changing overnight nights pads every 2 hours. Have appointment with OB/GYN in 3 weeks for another biopsy to see if the hyperplasia has advanced from last biopsy. Anyone else had this experience? If yes did your doctor switch you to a different blood thinner? If yes, did you see improvement with the bleeding? Appreciate your time. Thank you
