Hydroxyurea Medication and Anorexia

Hello!
My father is takingHydroxyrea 1000 mgM-F and 500mg on the weekend for the type of leukemia where the platelets are high.
Since taking this medication, he has been diagnosed with anorexia. It’s become quite serious and becoming a very serious concern.
When looking online @ side effects, anorexia is literally stated as one, in fact it’s in the top 5.
Has anyone experienced this with yourself or a loved one? I’m try to research as much as I can on this because I am absolutely terrified!
