Hpylori, Ulcer, Polyps

I have had Hpylori twice. I was also diagnosed with an ulcer and polyps. I was treated with Talicia for hpylori recently, but I still feel horrible every single day! I am taking Nexium 40 mg twice a day for the ulcer. I still feel awful everyday. I can barely function. I cannot eat and have lost 15 pounds since December 2025. I stay in bed feeling miserable every weekend. I barely make it through work. I have a large collection of saliva and a foamy white substance that comes up my throat all day. I wake up in the morning with the slimey substance all over my teeth. I’m severely nauseous all the time. I’m also a nervous wreck. Very shakey and have to take a Xanax to calm down! I have the dull knawing ache in my upper abdomen. I know I have an umbilical hernia and a hiatal hernia. I’ve been diagnosed with SIBO but stopped the Xifaxan because I was diagnosed with hpylori the first go around which was exactly a year ago. I have a repeat EGD in 2 days to see what’s going on. I’m a nurse and I know what I’m going through is not right! I don’t know how much longer I can take these symptoms! I feel like I’m dying. Can anyone else relate? Or offer advise please!
