Hi Marlie,
You are not alone, you are here in this space getting support. Are you able to try any of the treaments catluvver mentioned?
I use movement, walking, gentle stretching, dancing around my living room, Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, meditation, TENS machine.
Massage, acupuncture, swimming, cupping, essentila oils in oil burner ( Ylang Ylang, lavender or chamomlie - good for relaxtion and reducing stress). Get out whenever I can , when my finances allow.
I talk to friends about anything over the phone and facetime about (life) anything but my pain sometimes, to distract myself from it. Read, listen to music, sleep.
Distraction with a hobby - reading, painting , drawing playing with my cat.
You could be doing this stuff already, but if not I hope these suggestions help.
All the best,
Dee
Thank you Dee

Hi Marlie,
I hear you with the pain, me to, I have it 24/7 its frustrating and soul destroying at times.
I love to paint, I put pillows or cushions on the floor and lay down with them to support my spine, pelvis and feet. I use my walking aids to get up off the floor or a solid chair to hold onto.
Or if I am sitting take short breaks every 20/30 mins, or I use an easel and stand and again I will take breaks by sitting oy laying down when the pain and other symptoms get to intense. I'll try another to help ease my symptoms, if it means adding cushions to my sofa to sit on to be more comfortable, getting up and moving for a few minutes, breathing exercsies, heat pads.... anything!
I hope you get some joy enjoying a hobby!
All the best,
Dee
