I can relate. You are not alone.
Have you been checked for Fibromyalgia or some type of autoimmune condition?
I understand your pain. It is different for me now, once so very active, I can barely work. I also rely on a cane at times as walking is so very difficult.

Hang in there. You will get answers. Sometimes blood work doesn't show everything and it is a process of ruling out.

Edit:

I want to add, any chance you can, try aqua therapy. Water helps. Massage also helps. It takes the edge off.

Everyone needs a break from pain. I am fortunate to have a marvelous pain management doctor. If Workers Comp was more cooperative, my pain would be less! There are many procedures that have helped my pain and given me relief for long periods of time. I find radio frequency ablations most helpful. My low back and cervical area are messed up with degenerative disc disease and stenosis. I also have CRPS and SFN in both feet and up left leg. May you find a pain management doctor as great as mine is.

I agree. Have you been checked for Fibromyalgia or seen a Rheumatologist to see if you have RA, Lupus or Mixed Connective Tissue Disease? All of these can cause chronic pain & fatigue.

Is there a Pain Clinic near you that your primary care doctor would refer you too?

Blessings & Prayers to you. I care.

I am dealing with Costochondritis in my rib cages and upper chest wall. This pain is unbearable. I am using pain medicine , heating pads, and trying to do some stretching. Also I have been to the pain management clinic as well. This pain is still tough. Now, I woke up with vertigo and I feel like this is taking me out. What a week

I have had constant abdominal pain since small bowel obstruction surgery. No pain medications worked for my pain. A nurse mentioned haldol, so I talked to my doctors about a low dose of haldol and it's helping my abdominal pain.

My cane and on different occasions my walker are my friends! I’m able to do many things and they keep me safer from falling. I try to focus on what I can do!

What have you been officially diagnose with as the cause of your pain? Have you had extensive tests (MRIs of spine, neuropathy blood work, EMGs, nerve conduction studies, etc.)? Have you been told you have spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease in your spine? If so, have you tried spine injections to help manage pain? I have lumbar stenosis and DDD and injections have helped me (plus Salonpas lidocaine patches/heating pads, wearing a back brace, stretch and strengthening exercises, etc.). Do your hands hurt from arthritis or nerve pain/weakness? Have you done any physical therapy?
