how serious is von willebrand disease?

my daughter-in law has vwd, her vwf is 63, ristoceton cofactor 44, Factor V111 cloting activity 54, factorV111 chromogenic 40, vwf multimer study normal, genetic study did not find any specific mutation, since this disease is autosomal dominant, anychild she give birth to will have 50% chance inherit it. anybody has suggestions?
