Rwhinny- Somehow some of these MAYO connect messages has ended up in my junk box I just found them and I just found this message sorry it’s taking me so long I did not know this was a problem I don’t know why they’re going there. I don’t know yet what’s causing my problems the neuropathy doesn’t seem to be causing this. I’m to new to have good answers

@birdierobin - normally when a message is in your Junk folder you can select the message and then click an option to tell the email program that the message is not Junk and it will be moved to your inbox. This normally adds the sender to your friends list so that it doesn't go to the Junk folder in the future. You can also setup a filter in your email program to move any message from Connect into a specific folder which you can give a name like Connect. There is a great discussion on setting up an email filter with examples that you may want to read.

@birdierobin all my Mayo connect messages go to the spam folder. I was informed by Google that someone reported Mayo connect messages as spam so now Mayo connect is classified as a sender of spam and thus sent to the junk. There is a way to put in Mayo connect as a safe sender to your account. Unfortunately my cellphone is a simplified version so it doesn't allow me to do that. There is a post by Colleen Young on how to put this into a safe sender so you hopefully get them.

Thanks John but I use my cell phone. Some are going to spam and most of them are not so I have no idea why some are randomly going to spam but I’m gonna check it daily and send them to the inbox before open it and see if that solves anything. There is no button to click on that I can see.

@lisalucier thank you for the link. I was thinking Colleen because she was the one who first worked with me to try and solve the problem. To add the safe address to my emails my cellphone requires me to use the contacts app which requires a valid telephone number. I do not have a computer so must use my cellphone. This should help many others who do not have my limited situation.

@birdierobin Ok, thanks. As of now...they don't take my Medicare HMO. Direct pay is 52k which is not happening. As a Medicare newbie, I have until March 31st to change plans to either basic Medicare or PPO plan. Those are the only 2 options or I cant go.

@rwinney I was granted Social Security Disability when I was 55. I don't remember when I started Medicare, but I've been quite satisfied with original basic Medicare, a ppo plan. I have supplemental with IAC and supplemental prescription with Humana. Except for the deductibles, I pay nothing out of pocket. We found a good financial advisor to set up an annuity, and he also has taken care of our Medicare. He advises us each year of the best options and takes care of the paperwork for us. Maybe you know someone like Henrik who could walk you through this puzzle.

Son brought home the FLU, got it on top of the neuro problems, am still taking the GABAPENTIN and the new METANX, both are helping
the legs, instead of the pain all night it is less pain. Maybe both will work on me in time...SLow going...didn't know about the swallowing yet.
Am eating small meals and mostly soups and teas...Margaretob
