How long do you sleep every day/night?
I've had Long Covid for almost 3 years and I'm still sleeping up to 15 hours a day! All I can say is that I'm so grateful that I'm retired and I have 2 wonderful cats that likes to sleep with me that much!

Since 2021 October, I sleep between 3 and 6 hours. I can't even nap decent. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, now use a CPAP, it doesn't help. I try exhausting myself, after 3 or 4 days I can crash and get up to 7 or 8 hours. I have tried multiple home remedies and don't do well on sleep aids. Just go day by day. I hear you and hope for your recovery. 🌻
I’ve had long Covid since Dec. of ‘21. I’m down to about 11 hours which is much better than 16-20 hours in the beginning though it does vary depending on the day & activity level.
May I share I too developed apnea after covid brain lesions and benign brain growth. Find cpap daunting too and wanted to share I was advised to still wear the cpap when awake to meet the minimum hours per day my neurologist/critical care doctor suggests to enable better oxygen levels throughout my body, hopeful less apneas, and sustain better/fewer symptoms during the day. Obviously your situation needs to have your healthcare systems input and hopeful this may help🌈
I sleep in 3 hour shifts before the pain, gas, lack of oxygen or one of the other many symptoms wake me up. After 3 such shifts, I get up to intense pain, dizziness, brain fog, sinus drain, cough and dry mouth feeling more tired and exhausted than I did 9 hours earlier - Don't know if I need more or less as I seem to be beat no matter how much sleep I get.
