How can I find a physician to help with Tarlov cyst pain?
I have large Tarlov cyst and other perineural cysts and a lot of lower back and sacral area pain and finally some providers have recognized the cysts are likely more than just “incidental”. Where do I go from here? They were a chiropractor and a physiatrist. I’m not hopeful that I’ll find help where I live because one of them told me spine surgeons don’t usually deal with cysts. I’m so tired of trying things that don’t address the root cause of my pain, and it only gets worse. I’d like to learn more and hopefully find a physician who is capable of helping me

I have a very symptomatic TC , it’s been relatively quiet and stable for a while but after a long day at t(e soccer field watching my grandchildren it’s become very painful and I’m on a walker.
I’m trying to rule out all other causes now. Best of luck with your recovery!
@kaybro123 Please let us know how you succeed and what State, or Country! Good luck
I have small Tarlov in my lower back, snd I suppose it causes nerve pains in the nights. I’ve got some help from pain physiotherapist, who releases the excitement in the muscles in the lower back.
