How about a laugh, (hopefully)
I believe laughter is the best medicine. Laughter has actually been scientifically proven to help people with depression issues.
Let’s give it a try so we can all get happy and feel better. Many Epilepsy forums I’ve been on had joke sections. I was probably the biggest joke of all since I didn’t get a lot of the jokes. They said the jokes couldn’t be above 4th grade level for me to understand them so my jokes may be rather simplistic but let’s give it a try.
Have a lovely day everyone,
Jake

Yes. I really liked the book and accompanying film, "Alive", about that Uruguayan rugby team. What a harrowing experience and an incredible feat by the two team members who trekked through the Andes to get help for their mates!

1 ReactionCowboys used to hang lanterns from their stirrups to see the trail more easily when it was dark. This was the earliest form of saddle light navigation.
Thanks, Louie.

3 ReactionsPardon my French:
I once lost the trail while skiing in the French Alpes with my friend, Henri. When we met up again, he said, "You found yourself off-piste, mon ami!"
I said, "You got that right! I was really piste off!"
