Ask your doctor if Intermittent Fasting is ok for you. PCRI You tube videos have discussions about intermittent hormone therapy. You can consult with your doctor about it also.
Personally, I had good results with Intermittent fasting prior to my PC diagnosis on March 5th.

Same here, a year & a half into it. Fatigue, about 12-15lbs gained, hot flashes accompanied with
an overall tingling feeling! Anyone else notice that tingly feeling from the Eligard/ Luprin?
