Home cure for Mycobacterium Abcessus?

I contracted Mycobacterium Abcessus 12-17-2023 on my left hand, because of my age (78 now) and my eGFR 75, doctors did not offer 6 Week IV treatment. I was out in the cold, but was able to find 2023 EMBO Molecular Medicine Study which covered Ace-K and Super Bugs. Since I could not find anything else which might affect a "Cure" I decided to treat myself by combining Ace-K and "off the shelf" triple antibiotic ointment, iodine, and baking soda, directly to the wound. Within 6 days infection was completely healed. My Doctor discounted "cure" as a "one off" incident, but 6 months later when the infection returned in the exact same location and he still did not want to treat me, I again repeated my "cure" and got the exact same result. The infection has not returned since. I'm not a Doctor and don't claim this treatment will work on everybody, but if you're in my predicament with age and compromised kidney function, please do your homework to see if this might help you. I do not have specific measurements , but the main ingredient is Ace-K which might degrade the "outer protection" of the bacterium, allowing for the immune system to do it's work. Please do not ingest this, it is strictly a topical treatment, not for internal infections or diseases.
