Hidradenitis Suppurativa treatment

Has anyone had experience as a patient at the Hidradenitis Clinic
Mayo Rochester. My granddaughter is having a having a problem
dealing with it as a HS senior.

I don’t have experience with the Mayo Clinic Hidradenitis clinic but as a plastic surgeon, a lot of experience with treating hidradenitis. I certainly recommend going to the clinic for evaluation. Treating hidradenitis medically is the initial approach. There are new medications available. If after a reasonable amount of time the medications fail, don’t wait too long and continue to suffer. Surgical excision of the infected areas is certainly an option. I’m sure the doctors at the clinic will advise you as needed.
