Hidentitis Suprativia HS

My daughter has a severe form of this awful disease. She has tunneling, scars and large boil like sores. She has Stage 3 and is on several medications but none have helped her for any length of time, metformin, steroids, spirolactin, humura, and other biological meds. Any one else deal with this, what’s the next step? Does it ever get better? She’s had it about 17 years.
