3 ReactionsI'm 68 and I have had L3 L4 & L4 L5 Fused. I have Scoliosis with a thoracolumbar curve of 50 and a lumbar curve of about 40 degrees as well as having a significant trunk shift over 7 cm. I need full spine fusion. I hope someday I get to where you are but it will be a long painfilled road if it's even surgically possible ? You are an inspiration though so keep getting that P.T.

2 ReactionsI had my L5/S1 fused and after the surgery I woke up to drop foot on my right side and my foot is super tingly and sensitive to touch. I’m post op 6 weeks. Has anyone had this and will it get better or am I permanently left with a doo foot.
thebaersden13, I think you need reimaging of the spine to rule out nerve compression.

Have you talked to your surgeon?
Sorry if this is a stupid question.
@jlssurplus
Yes. Xray showed everything looks good and doctor said surgery was great.
