HFpEF and Microvascular Dysfunction after SCAD

Anyone else out there get diagnosed with HFpEF and CMD after having a SCAD? Meds are helping some, but still a little scary at times.

Perhaps it would be helpful to provide a bit more background on these issues. For example, how long ago was SCAD diagnosed.? What treatment, other than medications have been suggested or tried?
