herpes 1 and 2 type

i am sick already 3 years with the herpes 1and 2 type .I took already valaciclovir for short time and for long time -no help.
the herpes non stop all my body every day . i need the advice how treat the herpes? I need the good doctor immunology who can treat the herpes really.

You need to see an internal medicine, infectious disease, obgyn, dermatologist and/or family doctor that is experienced in treating HSV1 and HSV2. Bloodwork helps diagnose. It is important to educate yourself and get the right medications and dosages to help with managing symptoms. Herpes is not able to be cured since it lives in your nervous system for life. It is helpful to manage stress and take medications regularly or at the first signs of symptoms to prevent spread and painful outbreaks. Hormone changes can also impact outbreaks.

Important to be certain you have a viral culture proving
that you have both types of viruses. If you have skin involvement you may need to be managed by a dermatologist and the infectious disease disease specialist.

thanks for an advices. But problem is that chronic herpes have to treat be with the good profession immunology doctor.Already family and dermatilogy tried , no result.The infection doctor does not want to treat ???
Already for 3 years with herpes , happens there are many another so bad illness with me ,besides herpes. I tried many medication for herpes ,but non stop -any remition. , nothing helps.It is mean that the herpes bother mine ImmunoSystems .Something broke inside my immune system . Just doctor immunology can find -what ? And do immune graphic of my immuny system. I can not find any seriously doctor of immunology here. if you know doctor of immunology who really helps to treats people with herpes any types let me know , please .

Try lysine - 500 mg twice a day PLUS
Iodine 12.5 mg once a day.
Take both above until your symptoms resolve (maybe in about a week). Then take both for three move weeks. You need to put the herpes in remission. No coffee during this time when taking the lysine and iodine.

thanks for the advice .I am already did the treatment with lysine 500 mg twice a day a week and continue to take lysin 500 every day.For now does not help. Also i try to do not take the coffee at all for this time and hold the diet just with the lysine, not arginine. Herpes still stays in my lips and nose everyday, non stop .But i will try to do it with the Iodine -like you suggested .than you for your comment .

Please let me know your results. Also suggest having your Dr. check your iodine levels.
