thanks for the advice .I am already did the treatment with lysine 500 mg twice a day a week and continue to take lysin 500 every day.For now does not help. Also i try to do not take the coffee at all for this time and hold the diet just with the lysine, not arginine. Herpes still stays in my lips and nose everyday, non stop .But i will try to do it with the Iodine -like you suggested .than you for your comment .
