Hernias?torsion? Prostatitis? Nerve damage? Not sure what it is.

Had left side THR surgery end of Dec 2025. Has stinging sensation in penis from get go. Lately has come and gone though. The other issue which is causing extreme discomfort is left testicle is raised and seems to have shrunk some is very tender and feels like it’s being pulled as abdomen feels strained when I walk strain or reach lift etc. ultrasound rules out hernia, torsion and epididimytis. Is this from surgery ? Any suggestions appreciated. My family dr said it’s from the difficult surgery and I have to live it (which lasted 4 hours and massive blood loss.) Surgeon disagrees. Going to urologist next week for kidney stone but will bring this up. The testicle issue only started first week of March
