Could the hiatal hernia be the cause of low iron and need for ferritin infusion?
@brasileira I have a hiatal hernia and my iron level is borderline but I believe in my case it is because I don’t eat much meat and am not fond of the iron rich veggies either. I take a B12 sublingual tablet every day because of that.
This works for me just great. Inhale through your stomach not your chest. Take a deep breath while pushing your stomach out as far as you can, exhale wnd do again several times. Thus pushed the hernia back where it belongs. Or you can use a prescription called pantoprazole. Hope this works,
, Let me know!
Cannot take the medicine, makes me feel like vomit
@nancykeenan that’s how I trained myself to breathe when I had panic attacks, but it has had no effect on my hiatal hernia and acid reflux.
Sorry I couldn’t help it works great or me! What about the pantoprazole? Good luck
