This works for me just great. Inhale through your stomach not your chest. Take a deep breath while pushing your stomach out as far as you can, exhale wnd do again several times. Thus pushed the hernia back where it belongs. Or you can use a prescription called pantoprazole. Hope this works,

@nancykeenan that’s how I trained myself to breathe when I had panic attacks, but it has had no effect on my hiatal hernia and acid reflux.
