Helpful advice
Hello
I am a newbie on this site. I am SO glad I found it!! I have felt very alone in my dignosis of MAC and bronchioecstasis. I started the triple therapy a month ago so am really just starting to get the symptoms of stomach cramping(Bad) and the one I really have trouble with-dizziness and nausea.
I have been doing all the things that are suggested here-probiotics, making sure my stomach is filled, eating ginger chews and exercise.
Thank you for the tips about taking at night. I do have GERD so I don't normally take pills at night but I will try that.
Just wanted to say thank you for all the good advice!

@cpitts Welcome to our great support community - it is great that you have learned some of the tips for taking your medications.
Have you also been doing daily airway clearance to help get the mucus out of your lungs? It is the hiding plance and breeding ground for MAC, so minimizing mucus will help with getting rid of the infection.
Yes..have just been using flutter valve twice a day for a few years.
