Help Getting Off of Klonopin

I have been on Klonopin for 25 years at 2mg per day and want to get off of this horrible medication. My GP here doesn't know how to help me and since I live in a small town we don't have any therapists that would be able to help me as well. I do not wish to go to a rehab center and need support through what I am going to be going through over the next year.

Thank you for clarifying. Yes, hydroxyzine is an antihistamine used for some off label uses. I found that 20mg hydroxyzine is helpful with my morning tremors. I feel alert and able to drive while on other meds I may not. At 26 days with no klonopin, I am noticing other senses improving. My vision is good at eye dr, but i seem to have always been blurry. Now, I feel my vision is better. First really great improvement to give me hope this withdrawal will end soon. I am blessed .
