Anyone used anything that helps with chemo hair loss?

I have had breast cancer twice. First time 33 years ago, receiving Chemo and Radiation after 2 surgeries, then again 15 years later same area. I received Taxitear Chemo. Then receiving 10 years of Hormone therapy. First time my hair came back thick blond/grey, last time a different story--its very thin, & fine, with bald patches , I keep it very short, can't stand to wear a wig. So just put up with it, am not trying to impress anyone , so except the fact, & am thankful for each and every day that I have

@theddie, wow. Breast cancer 33 years ago and then 15 years. In both instances those are incredible dates to celebrate each day. May I ask how old you were at the time of the first diagnosis and what type of breast cancer you had?

It took 4-6 months to get hair back don't know any speed up this time either.
