My nose stay very very dry and it’s hard to breathe and the top part of my stomach and bottom part of my chest has a pain..it’s not a a heart attack I just went to ER had a EKG they said it was ok but I’m going to a cardiologist next week to be on the safe side..

Do you leave in a low humidity state? That could cause the dryness. There are many saline nasal sprays you can use throughout the day to help with this.

I use nasal saline sprays to clean out my nose and sinuses as I live in Florida and have a lot of pollen and wind blown irritants.

The pain in your stomach and bottom part of chest is best to get medical attention and their diagnoses of what is causing it. It does though sound like a hianal (spell?) hernia, ulcers, etc. so asked your medical doctors about that.

...through our last winter i finally bought a little thermostat sits on dresser and was surprised at the low number for humidity. I bought one of those very small humidifiers and it made a big difference. I decided to spend the money and buy distilled water for it and thankfully have not had to clean it inside with bleach and water or vinegar etc. I thought it would help my long term dry eyes but actully didnt... so a bit disappointed.

@lacy2 I have also found a small humidifier to be helpful during the winter months, in upstate Wisconsin, and I also use distilled water. I had to place it in the bathroom of the master bedroom because if it was right next to my bed, it made me feel water-logged by morning. It is also very good for the plants. 🙂
