healthcare by Country
I found a review of healthcare by Country and US-State
(with keyword search)
at the internationalinsurance webpage.
USA ranks last (from 11) , although they spend most.
The US-health-system is somehow inefficient.
Best in that list is Norway.
Best from 104 Countries is Singapore, USA is 69th
Best US-States are in the NE, worst in the S.
Now I'd like to have such a list for telemedicine,
expertise and quality of online-consultation,
2nd opinions, lab-shipping-analysis and such.

@bsi15 Hello, I think you may be seeking those answers in the wrong place.
Mayo Connect is a peer-mentored support group for people facing health challenges and their caregivers. We do not focus on providing lists such as you are requesting. At best, you might receive a recommendation from someone who has had a good experience with a specific provider.
But since I believe you are in Germany, matters are very complicated. For example, in the US and I believe in Canada, most medical professionals are licensed to practice in specific states or provinces. Typically, they may only consult by telephone outside that area if they have already treated them in person. Or as a consultant to your local provider who has seen and evaluated you. As for sample shipping and analysis, labs here count on receiving sputum specimens within 24-48 hours, which can be very difficult internationally. Again, you would need to find a local lab who would accept and stabilize the sample before shipping.
Have you found a pulmonologist in Germany yet? Or is it possible for you to consult in a neighboring country?
