Having trouble achieving orgasms 5 months after Prostate Aquablation

Having trouble achieving orgasms 5 months after Prostate Aquablation 77 yo 140mg Prostate.
Had my Prostate Aquablation 9 1 24.
Then up until January 1st 2025 I had the most strongest orgasms I have ever achieved in my life with my wife.
Since then, I can. maintain a good erection, but I cannot half of the time or more achieve an orgasm.
Has anybody else experienced this after a prostate aquabltion?
If you did did you find any type of help to get rid of it?
